This weekend has been such bliss with Mark home! Alas, the time came that he had to leave. :( It was, once again, a hard thing to watch. McKenna did so good up until Mark walked away...then she couldn't hold it in anymore. We pulled up to the airport and Mark got out and gave her a kiss and then went around and gave Maisie and McKaela a kiss, McKenna just looked at him with a sad blank stare on her face. Once he shut the door the tears came and she cried all the way home. She is such a strong little girl and so proud of her daddy. Goodbye's and/or See You Later's are always hard no matter when they happen and she has handled each one lately with such grace. She never cries in front of him but waits until he can't see her anymore and then she lets is all out. I am so proud of her and I know that Mark is, too.
