Road Trip - 2am

Well here it is, 2am and I am still up. Surprised? Me too; however, I have been the navigator and McKaela is awake. Man oh man I am going to be tired today. McKenna is finally asleep and McKaela was asleep until about 30 minutes ago. She never does this at home so I know it is because we are in the car and not in bed. :( I miss my bed. I miss my dogs. *sigh*

Well the trip so far has been pretty uneventful. It rained for the first few hours before we finally drove out of it. It is just us on the road right now. As we were going down the dark highway the headlights hit something in our lane suddenly...two orange cones. Random. There was no road work anywhere near.

Ok we had to stop and fill up the car...guess what...McKenna is awake now. Man oh man, this is going to be THE longest day.

Well I need to tend to McKaela, she is getting fussy, but before I do I will leave you with a picture that I took in Alabama (though I think it showed up at the top of the post...haha).
