This afternoon as I was sitting at the table with my mom and McKenna addressing Christmas cards, McKenna turned to my mom and said, "Mymy, will you take me shopping? I want to get something for Mommy for Christmas because she never has any presents under the tree." My heart melted. She is such a giver and loves to give gifts any chance that she gets. And for her to realize that I don't have as many gifts under the tree as she does, she is wise beyond her years.
